DIY Clues typed or hand-written?

May 25, 2010 by Christine

When compiling the DIY puzzle in the Christine’s BIG Crossword, is it acceptable to TYPE the list of clues rather than HAND WRITE the list of clues and then submit your answers together with the original completed grid?

  1. Christine says:

Typed or handwritten clues are both fine for the DIY as we want the competition to be open to anyone who wishes to enter and we are are happy to accept all entries. Typed clues can be easier to decipher, though most people who continue to send handwritten clues are careful to make their writing clear.
